These Terms are entered into between you and Fuzhou Zhiyue Interactive Technology Co., Ltd., and apply to your downloading or use of this weather app through the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using this product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using and delete this product.

1. Service Content

This product provides weather forecasts, current weather, air quality, weather trends, and location search. Specific features may vary depending on region, system version, data provider, and product updates.

2. Location and Device Permissions

* Falsely imply that this product or the weather data provider is liable for your actions.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, interface, trademarks, text, and visual materials of this product are owned by Fuzhou Zhiyue Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You will not acquire any intellectual property rights except for a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license expressly permitted in these Terms. Weather data and map content may be subject to licenses from data providers or other rights holders.

5. Third-Party Services

This product may rely on Apple system capabilities, Maps services, weather data providers, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is not entirely under our control. You should comply with the relevant rules when using these services.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services related to this product; if this product does not meet the applicable warranty, you may request processing from Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable rules, and Apple assumes no other warranty liability beyond that.
